Here are answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Does it help?
A: If you put yourself into the process -- Yes!

Q: Can this save our marriage / relationship?

A:  In many cases, it has!

Q: This is such a sensitive area of my (our) personal life (lives); how do I (we) decide who to work with?
A: After looking at the experience of a clinician, I believe the best way is to connect with people you are comfortable talking with. The best (only good) way to do this is to talk to someone on a one-to-one basis (this could be during a free initial phone consultation) and than decide if you'd be comfortable working with them.

Q:  How long does it usually take?

A:  For this question, we can only honestly answer that it is different in every case.  Some cases have shown significant improvement after a few sessions (not typical), most take considerably longer.  It really depends on the dynamics driving the difficulties (you knew that).
